DIGISTOR Warranty Terms
DIGISTOR warrants that its products shall be free of defects and manufacturing workmanship, under normal use, for the warranty period specified below:

Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below and in our return policies, DIGISTOR will, in its discretion, repair or replace any product due to a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period.
Should the purchaser discover a defect in material or workmanship, DIGISTOR will at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge, provided that it is returned by the original purchaser, within the warranty period, with freight and insurance prepaid and it is determined by DIGISTOR that the product is defective within the terms of this warranty. This shall be DIGISTOR’s sole obligation with respect to claims of non-conformance made within the warranty period described above.
Warranty EXCLUSIONS include: abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect; damage caused during installation; damage caused by the equipment or system for which the product is used; damage caused by modification or repair not made by DIGISTOR or their authorized representative; damage caused by shipping or use of improper packaging; improper storage, damage to interface or power connectors or cables; products whose serial numbers have been removed or defaced; products that are determined to be stolen; and products that have not been purchased from DIGISTOR or an authorized DIGISTOR reseller.
This warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, whether oral or written, expressed or implied. DIGISTOR specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and against infringement. No DIGISTOR dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty
DIGISTOR is not responsible for special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, downtime, goodwill, damage or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, programming or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with DIGISTOR products.
