Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Campbell, CA, USA

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships and generating ongoing sales with OEM customers, including specialized system builders / integrators, resellers and professional end users.


General Responsibilities:


  • Handle multiple inbound and outbound telephone calls and email correspondence, including minimum daily cold call quota.

  • Meet or exceed assigned quotas or sales productivity goals on a regular basis.

  • Research, identify and develop new accounts in assigned territory or market.

  • Implement plans for growth and expand business in existing accounts and prospects.

  • Effectively communicate product offerings and provide ongoing customer support.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers.

  • Maintain and update contact database files in CRM and various activity spreadsheets.


Minimum Job Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years experience in a sales or customer service environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to understand and communicate the business needs of prospective customers.

  • Detail oriented and organized.

  • Proficient in basic PC operations and business applications.

  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

  • Must be comfortable making outgoing phone calls.
