DigiStor Leadership Team
| Dave Withers is a seasoned technology executive, entrepreneur, and investor with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling infrastructure, storage, cloud, and SaaS companies. Before joining DigiStor as CEO, he held leadership roles at Dell EMC, Nebula (acquired by Oracle), and Isilon Systems (acquired by Dell/EMC), and co-founded Renasar Technologies, later acquired by Dell/EMC. Dave has also advised and invested in emerging technology companies focused on cloud infrastructure, data intelligence, and enterprise innovation. He holds an MBA from NYU and a BS from Santa Clara University. |

Pete Pearson is an accomplished finance and operations executive with more than two decades of experience in corporate finance, accounting, business strategy, and operational leadership. Prior to joining DigiStor, he held executive leadership roles with organizations including Infinitum Electric, Bridgepoint Consulting, Tango Health, Lombardi Software, and DuPont Photomasks. Pete began his career with Arthur Andersen and has built a reputation for helping growth-stage and technology-focused organizations scale efficiently and strategically. | Carissa Abbott is a strategic operations and business leader with experience spanning technology, private equity, and enterprise strategy. Prior to joining DigiStor, she served as an Operating Partner at Pike Street Capital, where she worked closely with portfolio companies to drive operational growth and strategic execution. Earlier in her career, Carissa was a Principal Product Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) leading strategic expansion initiatives in Europe, and also held leadership and consulting roles at Expedia Group and McKinsey & Company. Carissa holds an MBA from University of Pennsylvania and Yale undergrad. |

Boris Devouge is a technology executive with deep experience in cloud, open-source infrastructure, open hardware, enterprise architecture, and secure systems. Before joining DigiStor, he held senior technical engineering roles with organizations such as AWS, Microsoft, IQVIA, Canonical, Nebula, and Red Hat, with experience spanning Security and encryption, Hardware management, architecture, analytics, and AI. His background combines hands-on technical leadership with large-scale enterprise technology transformation. |
| Matt Walker is an enterprise technology sales executive with extensive experience in data storage, infrastructure, and secure technology solutions. Prior to joining DigiStor, he held leadership roles at Dell Technologies, where he focused on enterprise customer engagement, strategic account development, and driving growth across complex IT environments. Throughout his career, Matt has specialized in building trusted customer relationships and delivering technology solutions for enterprise and government organizations. Matt has his BS from University of Texas, Austin. |
| Aaron Fox is an operations and engineering executive with extensive experience in product development, manufacturing, and process improvement across highly regulated technology environments. Prior to joining DigiStor, he held multiple leadership roles at Welch Allyn, including Director of Global OEM Product Development & Process Excellence and Director of Global Current Product Engineering. Aaron led global engineering teams and drove initiatives to improve product development, operational efficiency, manufacturing processes, and overall performance. |
| Brian Friss is a technology entrepreneur and business leader with more than 25 years of experience in data storage, sales, and business development. He co-founded DigiStor in 2001 and has played a key role in the company’s growth and evolution, helping shape its sales strategy, market presence, and strategic partnerships. Prior to DigiStor, Brian helped build FusionStorm, an IT services company focused on data management and infrastructure. He also serves in several advisory, board, and philanthropic roles, supporting organizations across the technology and Bay Area communities. |
Randy Barber is a seasoned technology executive with more than 25 years of experience in data storage, product strategy, business development, and leadership. Throughout his tenure with DigiStor and CRU Data Security Group, Randy has played an integral role in advancing the company’s technology portfolio and strategic direction. His leadership has helped drive the development of secure, high-performance storage solutions for government, defense, and enterprise customers. Randy brings deep industry expertise and a long-standing commitment to innovation.
