Veteran technology entrepreneur and investor brings decades of expertise in enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, storage, and business growth
VANCOUVER, Wash. – Sept. 8 – DigiStor, a leading provider of secure data-at-rest protection solutions, today announced the appointment of Michael Callahan to its board of directors. Callahan’s appointment strengthens DigiStor’s leadership as the company continues to expand its secure storage and data protection portfolio.

Callahan brings decades of experience building and scaling technology companies across enterprise infrastructure, data storage and cybersecurity. He currently sits on the board of directors at DataDog, where he has served since 2011, and advises early-stage companies in AI-powered enterprise infrastructure software. He co-founded Awake Security in 2014, serving as its founding CEO. He also served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Greylock and as Chief Technologist for StorageWorks Enterprise NAS at HP. Earlier in his career, Callahan co-founded and served as CTO of PolyServe, helping build the company into a provider of scale-out infrastructure for mission-critical enterprise and government environments before being acquired by HP.
